Market Update

This past week has been another one of prices being all over the place. Less multiple offers and most properties have room for negotiation.
It’s also been an interesting week leading up to March Break and my prediction is that the market will pick up in the later half of March heading in towards April.
The reasoning is rumours of interest rates dropping and low inventory.
